We’ll react quickly and give you regular updates so that you can track the status of the work being undertaken.

Our helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is staffed by our own experienced team of operatives based in the Greater Manchester region, support by experienced 24/7 on call Property Managers who can escalate and resolve issues as they arise.

The helpdesk is responsible for the management of every job we undertake from the initial call to the resolution of the issue.
