As part of our commitment to improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the buildings we maintain, we’ve recently delivered a smart, cost-effective upgrade at Minibugs Nurseries Wincobank.

When the nursery’s air conditioning system failed, our team was able to recycle and repurpose existing equipment from one of our other properties, National House, giving the building an upgraded system without the environmental or financial cost of brand new kit.

This practical, circular approach not only supports cost savings for our partners but also contributes to our wider goal of reducing waste and extending the lifecycle of high-quality assets.

We’re now looking to apply the same solution at Minibugs Nursery Liskeard, where a broken cassette unit will be replaced using spare equipment from our existing inventory helping us deliver sustainable outcomes, one site at a time.
