Energy Efficiency in Action

As part of our ongoing asset maintenance programme, we recently managed the installation of a new energy-efficient pool cover at Chadderton Wellbeing Centre. This initiative supports our wider commitment to working with partners and tenants to improve the environmental performance of our buildings.

Pool covers play a key role in reducing heat loss and water evaporation, helping to lower energy consumption and operating costs, all while supporting local carbon reduction targets.
