We were proud to welcome three enthusiastic young people onto work experience placements with our FM & Construction teams. Supporting early career development is a vital part of our commitment to social value, and it reflects our belief that investing in people is investing in the future.

Our fully trained and multi-skilled engineers took time to share their knowledge and expertise across a range of disciplines, from technical services to grounds maintenance. The students even got a glimpse into life on the road with our branded fleet, seeing first-hand what it takes to keep our national estate portfolio running smoothly.
