Summer holidays over and out……New Premium 163 Bed Student Accommodation ready for residents

The sun may be finally shining after our typical wet British summer, but the rain did not stop our Blue Support Services team, who have been busy all summer working with a Developer/Landlord to get their brand new 163 bed premium student accommodation ready for residents following construction handover.

BSSL undertook all building commissioning works and full FF&E fit out for the 163 rooms and communal spaces. Working with our subsidiary company No Fire Limited (www.nofireltd.co.uk), Fire Risk Assessments were undertaken, and a detailed Fire Strategy was established to ensure full fire safety compliance for this high-risk accommodation.

BSSL undertook any required additional works to ensure full Fire Safety compliance with the last building safety regulations.

Our FM team will continue to have an on-site FM resources and will maintain all hard FM and statutory compliance on behalf of the Landlord.
