Engineering Manager

I joined Blue Support Services in 2014 as a Building services Engineer based in our North team and through hard work, dedication, and support from the company, I was promoted to Engineering Manager in 2019.  The thing I like most about Blue Support Services are the people I work with and that no two days are the same.

I work closely with the Blue Support Services Business Manager and the Construction and Engineering Project Managers to ensure that all pre-planned and reactive maintenance works are completed to the high standard expected by our clients.

Within my 7 years working for Blue Support Services, I have been on various training and development courses to aid and enhance my technical skills and my knowledge base of the industry. Since my first day I have received support and guidance from both my colleagues and the senior management team to help me become the multi-skilled engineer I am today.

One of my favourite aspects of being part of Blue Support Services is the team around me and the varied work that we carry out.
