Team Leader

I joined Blue Support Services in 2009 as a Skilled Tradesman based in our North team, and through support from my manager and commitment to my career I was promoted to Team Leader in 2020.

The things I like most about BSSL are the people that I work with, the positive teamwork environment and the various challenges that we tackle daily as a team.

The management team at BSSL encouraged me to develop by providing me with diverse and challenging tasks that they have entrusted me to deliver to the highest standard that is expected.  I feel I am a valued member of the large team and BSSL have shown this by investing in my career and providing me with training opportunities that have opened new doors for me and improved my confidence.

BSSL are an honest and trustworthy company who prides itself on the positive relationship they have with clients and the ever-growing team of Construction workers and Engineers across the UK.
