At BSSL we are committed to the on-going training and development of our people to ensure we maintain the highest standards of service delivery.

All our staff have personal training and development plans and undertake a range of training focussed on Health and Safety and skills training focussed on the needs of their individual job roles.

An exciting part of our engineer and construction teams’ roles is the variety and multi-skilled responsibilities working across an estate portfolio covering primary care and GP premises, early years childcare, schools, care homes, commercial retail and office spaces as well as private residential.

This variety of responsibilities means that our continued investment in training and skills development is a crucial part of our business success.
